Concerns over new mutual obligations platform: advocates

In July, the main employment service provider jobActive will be replaced by a new system called Workforce Australia. The move will affect more than 700,000 Australians on low income.
The new system will require jobseekers to complete their mutual obligations on a Point Based Activity System, confusing jobseekers about the aim of them.
Advocates also say this is a punitive way for jobseekers and low incomers to survive.
