Constitutional challenge on anti-protest laws in NSW

The New South Wales government introduced bills to make protesting an offence without any consultation earlier this year.
The anti-protest laws are under the Roads and Crimes Legislation Amendment Act 2022.
Experts say the definition of protest is so broad protesters could face criminal charges just for protesting near a railway station for instance.
This will affect many protests and causes, but the Knitting Nannas want clarification of these laws since they are protesting and helping their communities.
