Consumer Behaviour and Food Wastage Amid COVID-19

The last couple of months has seen a change in the way many of us purchase and consume food and groceries, along with the food wastage that comes afterwards.
The NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment conducted a study as part of the LOVE FOOD HATE WASTE programme looking at this behaviour.
On July 7th, a report on the matter was released.
