Visual, performance, theatre, music and ideas with a focus on the new and experimental; the Underbelly Arts Festival was created 10 years ago to bring DIY artists out of their isolating bedrooms and studios into the view of a modern Australia.
Shahmen Suku embodies Radha La Bia and this year will be exploring ideas of racial and cultural identity, gender roles, the home and the kitchen along with food and storytelling.
Shahmen joined the boys on Gay Panic to chat the genesis of Radha and the journey she’s taking the audience on during the 10th anniversary of Underbelly Arts Festival.
