Jasper in Deadland is only one of many performing arts productions in Australia impacted by the current pandemic. With the government cancelling all types of gatherings of more than 500 people, the Australian performing arts industry is experiencing rapid changes. With events either cancelled or postponed the industry has been dealt a huge blow. With no clear forecast of when the pandemic might end, there’s uncertainty about when the Australian performing arts industry might come back to performing normally.
