COVID-19 as Catalyst for Regulatory Change
Australia’s economy has been hit hard in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, with a range of emergency measures implemented by the Federal Government, Australia’s economy has avoided a complete nosedive for now. We decide to have a chat about the importance of meaningful regulatory reform and what new approaches should be implemented to get the reform done. We were joined by UNSW Business School Professor of Commercial Law and Regulation Pamela Hanrahan.
