Creating an edible oasis in Sydney’s urban jungle
Space is hard to come by in Sydney, especially with the property market quickly becoming tighter and tighter. The dream of having a large, or even just a moderately sized garden in the city is become more distant. The idea of learning how to utilise small spaces to create a fully functioning and portable garden gives people the chance to own their own private oasis. We were joined on Drive by Katy Svalbe, who is the Director of Landscape Architecture at Amber Road Design, to chat about how we may make this dream a reality.
