A survey conducted by the Australian Public Service Commission reveals that the proportion of those who had witnessed corrupt behaviour in the public sector has nearly doubled in the past 3 years. What are the major findings of this survey? And, should the government be looking to implement an overarching anti-corruption body for the entire public sector?
