As of yesterday, six people have been charged over the alleged theft of over $1 million worth of baby formula across Sydney in the last 12 months! According to NSW police, thousands of shipments of formula has been sent to China over a number of years and detective superintendent Daniel Doherty has said “Police will continue to pursue these people because not only are they making a quick dollar out of greed and disadvantaging the mums and dads of Australia, they’re also literally taking baby formula out of the mouths of babies.” So how important is baby formula to the health of babies and are we really being robbed of our children’s health by baby formula rackets?
