Culture Trip- Gure Txoko Basque Club, Darlinghurst
Did you know, out of all of Sydney’s communities, we even have a Basque club in Darlinghurst? Gure Txoko (GU-RE CHO-KO) Basque club is the region’s home-away-from home here at the opposite end of the world. A volunteer at the club, Jose Goicoechea (GOI-KO-E-CHE-A), spoke to Danny about Basque culture and the club itself.
