Curate Your City with Creativity
Public art may be something we take for granted, but it is absolutely something we all enjoy. When travelling to another city, or even wandering around on your own, these public art pieces tend to seem like they’ve been there as long as the city itself, though, perhaps unsurprisingly, there’s a lot of work and thought that goes into their curation. For those in the arts who want to know more about public art projects, being the curators, consultants, arts workers and artists, Curate Your City is the event you want to attend, as it will feature a panel discussion from some very experienced artists, as well as affording you the opportunity to network in the arts space. Wednesday Daily spoke with Michelle Wang, the organiser of this event, to tell us more about “Curate your City”.
This is a free event, but requires ticketed admission. Tickets are available here.
