Dams Fuller but NSW Still in Drought

With the recent rainfall and the loosening of water restrictions it’s very easy to think that the worst of the drought is over. But at the end of January 100% of our state was in drought with some parts experiencing these conditions for upwards of 24 months. But as of two days ago 4.2% of our state is considered to be in ‘Non Drought’ with an additional 3.4% recovering. Some small, yet monumental change.
