Debunking Intuitive eating
This morning we had nutritionist, Nina KingsfordSmith, discuss with us the breakthrough ways of intuitive eating and how we can all gain a newfound freedom with our relationship to food.
In a 2011 article, The acceptance model of Intuitive eating: A comparison of Women in emerging adulthood, Early adulthood, and middle adulthood states that intuitive eating is trust in and connection with physiological hunger and satiety cues and eating in response to these cues.
