That’s where decaf comes in, and its consumption popularity has led Market Research Future to forecast the industry’s estimated worth to be 21.45 billion US dollars by 2025. Professor Lauren Ball, chair of Community Health and Wellbeing at the University of Queensland, was on Monday Drive to explain the magic (or science?) behind decaffeinating coffee beans without losing its flavour.
