Decision on Nauru Detention Centre
The Nauru detention center has been the source of much debate and accusations over recent years. Within the last hour a decision from the the Australian High Court to throw out the case challenging the Australian Government on constitutional grounds that running an offshore detention center is illegal, presented on behalf of an asylum seeker woman who was brought to Australia for medical care during her pregnancy.
