Dementia choirs supporting community in Canberra

This week is Dementia Action Week.
A report from Dementia Australia estimates over 400-thousand people live with dementia across the country with over 1-point-6 million people involved in the care of someone with the brain condition.
While there are support groups available to those affected by dementia, maintaining connections with the wider community remains a major hurdle.
However, the Alchemy chorus in Canberra offers people living with dementia and their carers a space to share and support each other.
