Dictionary of Sydney – Camels in Sydney

Dr Rachel Franks, from the Dictionary of Sydney, joined Breakfast host Alex James to share the history of camels in Sydney.

It all began in the early 1840’s when Camels were originally brought to Sydney to help explorers discover the desserts and unexplored lands of Australia.
