Donna Strickland Wins Nobel Physics Prize

Canadian Donna Strickland was awarded the shared Nobel prize for physics on Wednesday the 3rd of October, for her work with short laser pulses which help in the field of medicine and treating cancer. We were joined by Celine Boehm, Head of school for Physics at the University of Sydney to discuss the recent award, and the role and recognition of women in Physics.
