Don’t like broccoli? Blame mum and dad
Have you ever wondered why you like some foods, and dislike others?
Maybe you love broccoli, strawberries and chocolate, but absolutely cannot stand spinach, tomato and kiwi fruit.
Well the answer could be your parents. There is a whole body of research dedicated to how your parents influence what you eat. It’s a complex combination between your genetics, what your mum eats while pregnant and breast feeding, and how food is introduced to you as a child.
