Earth Hour 2016

Since its beginnings as a Sydney-based lights-off demonstration in March 2007, Earth Hour has expanded to encompass events in favour of promoting understanding of climate change in locations across the world. This year Earth Hour seeks to take the campaign straight to Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s Point Piper mansion, with an appeal for Turnbull to switch off for one hour on Saturday 19th March at 8.30pm. To discuss the campaign, Sean Britten was joined by Samantha Webb, Australian national manager for Earth Hour.
