Ecological art connects us with nature in the era of climate change

Ecological art is becoming crucial in tackling climate change, evolving from nature-inspired works to projects that merge science and creativity. Contemporary artists use their art to raise awareness and inspire action on environmental issues, from stormwater management to ecosystem restoration. From urban installations that help manage stormwater to art that heals damaged ecosystems, these innovative projects show us new ways to think about our relationship with nature.

Dr Alexandra Crosby, Associate Professor in the School of Design at the University of Technology Sydney, joined us today to discuss how these innovative approaches reshape our conversation on climate change and the environment.
