Electricity Prices: Are They Set To Rise?
The Residential Electricity Price Trends report from the Australian Energy Markets Commission was released earlier this week. The report is the seventh annual residential electricity price trends report prepared by the AEMC at the request of the Council of Australian Governments’ Energy Council. What does the report project for household electricity prices? Does Australia have an issue with oversupply? The Daily was joined by Hugh Saddler the Honorary Associate Professor, Crawford School, Australian National University to answer our questions.
