The first episode in a new segment on Wednesday Drive showcasing the hottest venues popping up in Sydney’s hospo scene.

It’s been a tough few years for everyone involved as lockout laws, pandemic and a looming recession try to poke holes in the vibrant venues locals pour all their love into. So we have decided to show them some love and feature a new venue every week that you might like to dig your teeth into.

Producer Maddie will be speaking with the chefs, crew and all the creative minds behind the food and drinks you crave.

Enmore’s first and only Country Club has opened its doors on the iconic Enmore Road drag with a nod to the comforts of the seventies.

Maraschino cherries, bowling shirts and oozing with nostalgia, the latest addition to the inner-west bar selection quickly becoming a local.

“Head Designer & schooner chaser,” Zac Godbolt spoke with Maddie about the least exclusive country club and his memories of drinking red fire engines at the RSL with his parents.
