Epilepsy Action Australia miss out on financial support

During the week news came through that Dick Smith Electronics had fallen into receivership. While this left many customers who have purchased gift cards and items out of pocket, It also affected a major Australian charity- Epilepsy Action Australia.

Just weeks before Dick Smith Electronics’ financial situation came to light, they had promised Epilepsy Action Australia sponsorship for their “Purple Day” on March 26.

Epilepsy Action Australia’s Chief Executive Carol Ireland joined Mick on the phone to talk about how this will affect the charity.
