Robin Way
Disability has always been an important part of Robin Way’s life, despite having no disability of her own.
In 1945, her parents co-founded the Spastic Centre of NSW, which still exists today as the Cerebal Palsy Alliance. This meant that she grew up surrounded by people who lived rich, full lives with disabilities.
While Robin did, as she puts it, “run away from disability” for a while, her role as CEO of Community Connections Australia, has continued her family’s legacy.
