A Direction Home :: 13 Jul 2024 – GLOW
I was lucky enough to be able to interview Sydney artist Nic Cassey this week. I’ll play that interview in full next week. He played a couple of acoustic versions of songs from his new album entitled THE BAY GLOWS. He told me that underpinning many of the songs was an experience he had down the south coast after fires raged across that land. the shock of what he saw there. The bay glows….

There’ll be metaphors of love and passion, bushfires and devastated landscapes, with the loss and longing that this brings…. home hearths and open hearts.
