Now days it’s all quite the norm with Gay and Lesbian and transgender characters in shows. Everything  from Dr Who and Star Trek to just reading the News, and so it should be! But in the olden days when Homosexuality was still illegal,  we had some very noble gay history.
Currently, Andrew Mercardo is working on a documentary with Margee Brown (Big Brother uncut and Top Model)  called OUTRAGEOUS – The Queer History of Australian TV.    Who was the first Gay, the First Trasngender.. What was it like back then ?
