Heart transplant specialist, Professor Peter Macdonald

A conversation with world-leading cardiologist Professor Peter Macdonald MBBS FRACP PHD MD FCSANZ who has made significant contributions to translational medical research including the “Heart in a Box” technology”.

Professor Macdonald is Senior Staff Cardiologist in the Cardiopulmonary Transplant Unit at St Vincent’s Hospital and co-head of the Transplantation Research Laboratory at the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute. He is Conjoint Professor of Medicine at the University of New South Wales and Adjunct Professor, UTS.
