Discover Sydney Park’s microbats with experts Caragh Threlfall and Joanna Haddock.

Sydney is home to 19 species of microbats. We need your help to find out which species are living in Sydney Park. Microbats are tiny bats (some species weigh only 5g) which feed masses of flying insects every night. They are the most speciose mammal group that live in the city.

This 1.5 hour microbat survey is suitable for the whole family and is perfect for everyone who wants to know more about the microbats that call Sydney home. No experience (only enthusiasm) required.
