The Makers and Shakers Market focuses on beautiful handmade homewares, delicious gourmet foods and stunning lifestyle products. With 60 top-notch quality stalls, you will meet some of the inner west’s best, as well as get to support emerging new talent.

 

2. Double Bay Dog Day 2018

When: Saturday 7 April 2018 from 10am to 2pm

Where: Guilfoyle Park, Guilfoyle Ave, Double Bay

Cost: FREE

Prepare yourself for a woof-tastic day!

Double Bay Dog Day 2018 will have plenty of dogs available for adoption, fun activities ranging from DOGA (Dog Yoga), Doggie Actor-Head Shots, Doggie Crystal Healing, Pup Massages and even a live Masterchef Food Tasting Panel for the dogs!

If you are looking for a fun day out with your dog, come down to Double Bay.

 

3. APIA Young at Heart Film Festival

When: Monday 2 April to Wednesday 11 April 2018 from 9am to 6pm

Where: Palace Verona Oxford Street, Paddington ; Palace Central, Central Park ;   Palace Norton Street, Leichhardt

Cost: Seniors: $ 8.50 ; Adults: $ 20

As the only nationwide film festival in Australia with a film program specially dedicated to an audience of film lovers 60 and up, the Apia Young at Heart is now back in its 13th edition.

This year’s festival will showcase a fine selection featuring heart-warming dramas, hilarious and inspiring documentaries as well as revered Hollywood classics. Such as The Bookshop, Aurore, LBJ, Two is a Family, Leading Ladies, and many more.
