Ex-tropical cyclone Alfred causes rebuilding challenges in NSW

As the cleanup from ex-tropical cyclone Alfred continues, federal and state governments are taking stock of the economic impact of the weather event.
However, the human cost of the cyclone is taking becoming clear with many in northern New South Wales faced with flooding and rebuilding for the second time in three years.
