Are executives being paid too much? Are results driven executives not looking at the bigger picture when making decisions for the financial benefit of their company. What may make money for these businesses may not be so beneficial for the wider community.

Executives today are infamous for their very high pay. This is the result of performance-based pay in the form of bonuses or options that rewards executives for good financial results. But this may be not taking into account the impacts their decisions make on the wider community.
