Family court merger will delay family dispute proceedings, expert claims
Lawyers have taken their objections out of the courtroom and into the spotlight this week, as new legislation has combined Australia’s Family Court with the Federal Circuit Court.
The controversial merger, which was passed through the Senate last Wednesday, could significantly affect how family disputes are handled.
