FASStival at UTS

If you’re mulling over what to do in 2024, here’s an expo for you. FASStival is a series of events, panel discussion and exhibitions hosted by the UTS Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (F.A.S.S.)

It’s free and open to the public, showcasing the creativity and innovation of FASS students and researchers, and the real-world applications of their work. From Animation and Sound Design, to Journalism, Film Production, Criminology, International Relations, Sustainability and the Environment and much more…

The Daily’s host Nelson Scott spoke to event organiser James Lew about the great range of areas being tackled in the sessions including : AI in Creative Industries, The Future of Writing, and Alarm Bells in Tech.

FASStival kicks off today, and runs every day (9am- 9pm) until 7 December 2023.  Admission to the exhibition and all the sessions is free.
