Rico’s Tacos has danced its way in and out of Sydney’s food scene, while always keeping a firm grip on the hearts of its loyal fans.
After surviving lockdown, they re-emerged at a bunch of different venues including Gelato Messina and Grifter’s brewery and have collaborated with the likes of Pizza Oltra and Baba’s Place.
Executive chef Toby Wilson is always innovating new flavour profiles on the classic taco styles you know and love.
Here he talks to FEAST producer Maddie Achenza about Rico’s Tacos exciting new location: opening this September at the Norfolk Hotel in Redfern.
