The Feature Album this week on 2SER is from Brooklyn shoegaze beacons DIIV. 

Frog in Boiling Water is their fourth studio record, and their most nuanced and commanding. Soaring,  hypnotic melodies interweave with lyrics that are styled as “a collection of snapshots that explores the brutal realities of end-stage capitalism and overwhelming technological advance”. The album title is a metaphor for all caught up within that.
