Painting of my time by Floodlights

Floodlights are a group that have continued to evolve their sound, and “Painting of my time”  is the second album from the Naarm-based 5-piece rock outfit fronted by Ashlee Kehoe and Louis Parsons.

Recorded via a 24-track tape machine late 2021, this is a categorically excellent one and plenty of range here. Propulsive drums, guitars and horns elevate this record of raw, driving anthems and poetically crafted stories of the human condition, Australian landscape and a world in transition.
