Pull the Rope by Ibibio Sound Machine

The Feature Album this week is Pull the Rope by Ibibio Sound Machine, the London based collective fronted by vocalist Eno Williams as well as Australian horn-player and keyboardist Max Grunhard.

Filled with cascasding synthesisers, samples and a dancefloor focus, Ibibio lay down their infectious rhythms on a wide-ranging sixth studio record that is replete with spaced out electro-funk and synth-laced afro-disco.
