The feature album this week on 2SER is “What if you’re right and they’re wrong?”, the ripping debut from Display Homes.

A group long-regarded in the Sydney live scene, the album is a collection of tracks written over a period of five years. The energy and sound here is infectious, as is it’s lyrical honesty and a sense of friendship shines throughout this excellent record of raw and direct new wave. Despite it feeling playfulness, it regularly hits hard via wonky hooks, pulsing rhythms and tangible sense of fun.
