Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Australia. While it affects men more often, it affects women too.

According to Heart Research Australia, 4 out of 5 women are not aware about heart disease.

This month, the organisation launched REDFEB, heart awareness month, with free resources on how to take care of our hearts.
