Late December and following weeks come with festivities unparalleled throughout the rest of the year. Unlike birthdays, weddings and other personal pleasures, the holiday period is celebrated by just about everyone and all at the same time. Though for some, individual circumstances might mean it brings on a knot in the stomach and unpleasant feelings.
When the social expectation is to feel joyous, any troubles or concern can be compounded as those party beside you.
