Daily Presenter Jarred Cross spoke to journalist and author Paddy Manning, on the Antidote Festival’s upcoming event, ‘Racing to the End of the World’ a discussion on science’s cutting-edge fight against the effects of climate change. Paddy also spoke to Jarred about his latest book, Body count: How Climate Change is Killing Us which recently won the non-fiction prize in the Victorian Premier’s Literary Awards 2021. In his book, Paddy takes a unique take on the climate action debate by focusing on how these plagues of climate change, such as bushfires and floods, have impacted the victims of these disasters.
