First Nations alliance tackling renewable energy head on
With so much backpedalling from the government on clean energy funding, First Nations elders have gathered together to take matters into their own hands.
Called the First Nations Renewable Energy Alliance, they plan to build renewable energy suppliers in remote areas to break the dependency on expensive, unreliable and environmentally damaging energy sources.
