It’s now 2 weeks on after NSW, Queensland and even Victoria have been affected by the worst flood disaster seen in years. Many communities following loss of homes, livestock, infrastructure and even life in the case of the death of a man in Glenorie on 24th March; have since been seeking support from emergency and support services like SES and ADF. Emergency management minister David Littleproud has spoken on the government financial support package, calling it the first phase of relief for victims. Senior Lecturer, Construction Management and Property at UNSW  Dr Mohammad Mojtahedi was with us earlier to discuss the management of the disaster.
