Health experts warn flu season not over yet

While you’re probably looking forward to spring cleaning, blooming gardens and longer days, according to NSW Health, the flu season is about to peak following the hospitalisation of 14 children in a week for flu-like symptoms.

So, what can you do to protect yourself and your family from the worst of it?

To find out, Tess spoke to Dr Sunny Bains, a GP in Sydney’s Inner West, who said it’s not too late to get a flu shot.
