Miss Grit talks identity, culture and Follow The Cyborg with Friday Daily

2SER is known for our feature albums that we have every week celebrating the best, up-and-coming, and innovating new music. One of those feature albums we had at the end of February was “Follow the Cyborg” by Miss Grit, a non-binary korean-american artist from Brooklyn NY. I had the absolute pleasure earlier this morning before the show (thank you abysmal time differences) to get down into the nitty-gritty of their work! We discussed identity and culture, as well as the exploration of self. This album is the epitome of all of that, using the cyborg image to explain otherness in an an-explorative way.
