Food Fraud

Just last week, Australia’s biggest listed honey company and some of the country’s largest supermarket chains, found themselves in a sticky situation after being accused of selling “fake” honey.

But honey isn’t the only supermarket staple affected by food fraud, and to tell us more about this, Sam Baran talked with Emma Beckett, postdoctoral fellow in human molecular nutrition, School of Medicine and Public Health, University of Newcastle.
