Fruit intake and healthy food diets on track to decline by 2030

A modelling study carried out by the CSIRO indicates a decline in fresh fruit consumption along with a rise in junk food intake. Research suggests that by 2030, fresh fruit consumption and diets are expected to decline by 10%, whereas the consumption of junk food is forecasted to increase by 18%.
