Is there a future for 3D Television? Perhaps in the cinema industry, however even reputed Hollywood directors say that it’s being overused. Sales in 3D TV’s in Australia have declined over the recent years, with consumers citing factors far more important to them than a 3D TV, for a good television experience. So what’s the future of Australian television and broadcasting? Could Virtual Reality and 360 Video be the answer?
Sam Baran spoke to Marc-C Scott, who is a Lecturer in Screen Media from Victoria University, to discuss more about this issue.
