Is there a future for 3D Television? Perhaps in the cinema industry, however even reputed Hollywood directors say that it’s being overused.┬áSales in 3D TV’s in Australia have declined over the recent years, with consumers citing factors far more important to them than a 3D TV, for a good television experience. So what’s the future of Australian television and broadcasting? Could Virtual Reality and 360 Video be the answer?

Sam Baran spoke to Marc-C Scott, who is a Lecturer in Screen Media from Victoria University, to discuss more about this issue.
